Tier 1: Resets Monthly

Tier 3: Resets Quarterly
Tier 4: Resets Semi Annually (January 1 & July 1) – Must also fill all tiers below to unlock.
Tier 5: Resets Annually (January 1) - This one accumulates all year and does not reset until January 1 each year.
